RAGUSA MACARONS h2>
In this workshop, our chocolate makers will introduce you to the art of making macaroons. Over the course of 2h15, you’ll make between 15 and 15 macaroons (depending on their size) and fill them with Ragusa Noir ganache and whole hazelnuts.
Age: From 8 years
Adults and children (aged 8-13) share the workspace and make Ragusa macaroons together (duo). Children aged 14 and over can participate alone.
Price: CHF 72 per person, includes admission to the Chocolate Experience on the same day
Duration: 2 hours 15 minutes
Language: Workshops are conducted in the language (FR or DE) spoken by the majority of participants. Important steps are translated into the other language.
Extra: After the Workshop, you can keep your apron.
