Ingredients for 6-8 people

  • 40g hot milk
  • 320g full cream whipped
  • 130g Torino Original

1. Melt the Torino in a bain-marie, let it cool slightly.
2. Heat the milk
3. Mix the melted Torino with the hot milk
4. Whip the cream and fold it into the mixture in two stages

Fill the verrines and chill for 30 minutes
