CHOCOLATS CAMILLE BLOCH
A DYNAMIC FAMILY BUSINESS
Chocolats Camille Bloch SA is a Swiss family business based in Courtelary in the Bernese Jura. It was founded in Bern in 1929 by Camille Bloch. Today, it is the third generation, represented by Daniel Bloch, who presides over the destiny of the Swiss chocolate maker. While maintaining the tradition, he invents new taste experiences to reinforce the dynamism of the brand: in 2008 Ragusa Noir and in 2014 Ragusa Blond, a brand new category of chocolate that not only thrills Ragusa fans but the entire Swiss chocolate market.
Chocolats Camille Bloch SA is one of the largest chocolate manufacturers in Switzerland and employs 180 people. Each year it produces some 3,700 tonnes of chocolate specialities, of which around 20% are exported.
