In this workshop, our chocolate makers will introduce you to the art of making macaroons. Over the course of 2h15, you’ll make between 15 and 20 macaroons (depending on their size) and fill them with Torino milk ganache.

Age: From 8 years

Adults and children (aged 8-13) share the workspace and make Ragusa macaroons together (duo). Children aged 14 and over can participate alone.

Price: 

• Individual price: CHF 72, includes admission to the Chocolate Experience on the same day
• Price for two:  CHF 82, includes admission for two to the Chocolate Experience on the same day

Duration: 2 hours 15 minutes

Language: Workshops are conducted in the language (FR or DE) spoken by the majority of participants. Important steps are translated into the other language.

Extra: After the Workshop, you can keep your apron.
