RAGUSA MACAROONS

In this workshop, our chocolate makers will introduce you to the art of making macaroons. You’ll make between 15 and 20 macaroons (depending on their size) and fill them with Ragusa Noir ganache and whole hazelnuts.

Price: CHF 72 per person, includes admission to the Chocolate Experience on the same day

Duration: 2 hours 15 minutes

Language: Workshops are conducted in the language (FR or DE) spoken by the majority of participants. Important steps are translated into the other language.

Extra: After the Workshop, you can keep your apron.
