Ingredients for 1 cake

• 100g butter
• 100g sugar
• 4 eggs
• 30g flour
• 150g Torino Noir

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Melt butter & black Torino together
3. Mix egg yolks & sugar
4. Add mixture to Torino & butter
5. Add flour
6. Beat the egg whites until stiff
7. Add to the mixture
8. Put the mixture in a buttered mould
9. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C
