We have adapted our Discovery World, to include more information on our commitment to sustainability and social responsability. And we have added some interactive elements to visualize Daniel Bloch’s vision and management style. We also dedicated some space to our favorite nut – the hazelnut. Not only because of our new “SO NUTS” Ragusa and Torino, but we are also proud to present our special project in Georgia where we acquired 650ha of land to cultivate our own hazelnut trees. Instead of the original bush, we will be planting grafted trees according to a special method developed by a Swiss agronomist.
We also developed a new chocolate workshop called “From bean to Ragusa” where we explain how we make our chocolate from bean to bar in Courtelary, and participants may taste many different cocoa products during this short presentation.
