In honor of Ragusa’s 80th anniversary, we opened the doors to our production from April 29 to May 1, 2022. Very soon, all available tickets were sold out, and our visitors couldn’t wait to take a look inside our production halls. On their tour, they learned where and how we source our raw materials, control the quality, how we roast the cocoa beans, almonds and hazelnuts, how the chocolate mass and praline filling are ground and refined …. all the way to the finished Ragusa bar! Our visitors asked many questions, which were answered with great enthusiasm by our employees.
